Hello wonderful art friends!
I’m popping on in to tell you all about the Christmas Craft Fair I tabled at in The Out of the Blue Drill Hall just before I went on holiday for the festive season!
I was nestled away in one of the side rooms – the fair was massive! – which was really cosy, and luckily just as busy as the main room. Sales started off slow and I was a little worried by work didn’t fit in with the handmade soaps, knitted bobble hats, and beautifully crafted plant pots that were surrounding me… but I soon had a lunchtime rush and it just kept going from there! It was a super busy day and so much fun.
This is also the first event where I debuted my new art fair banner!! What do you think?! I’m a little bit in love with it… although I might be a tad biased!!!
Thank you to all the jovial stallholders around me! it was a perfect way to get into the Hollyday spirit… and a special thank you to the wonderful lady who bought us all ice cream!!
Here’s to many many more craft fairs and art events in 2022 please!!!
Much arty love.
